We chatted with Phillip of Rosa’s Catering Service a little while back to learn more about the company, and he had some wonderful tidbits to share! You may remember that we featured a few of Phillip’s tips for having an awesome catering experience in a previous post a few months ago. Check out his responses below to learn a little more about why Rosa’s catering and breathtaking cakes are legendary!
1. What about your company or services makes you stand apart?
We continue to evolve as a company and are never satisfied with the status quo. After 41 years in business, we continue to stay focused on our clients’ visions, and we take the time to listen and understand each client’s unique needs. Our Certified Executive Chef and extremely talented sales staff work together for each client to develop custom menus and cakes that are “edible works of art.”
2. How did you find your way into weddings?
Since 1971, Rosa’s focus has been weddings. As a family company, we enjoy working in an industry that promotes families. We have had the privilege on numerous occasions to cater to three generations within the same family.
3. Describe the type of bride and/or couple that will have the most success working with you.
Any bride who likes to have a lot of input into what she serves and knows what she wants. We have great satisfaction making things happen for our brides, and we love a challenge!
