This wedding and this couple are giving us the utmost inspiration for a completely classic wedding and an amazing marriage! Trust us, you’ll fall in love with Margo and Christian, and their wedding with one glance at the images by Sterling Imageworks!
What is your favorite quality in your husband/wife?
Margo: “Do I have to pick just one? My favorite quality in Christian is his loyalty. He is loyal to his friends, job, and family. That loyalty is unwavering in all of his actions, and I am so thankful he’s mine.”
Christian: “My favorite quality in Margo is her sense of humor. She knows how to have fun and laughs constantly. I also love her sense of adventure. She is always willing to go out and try new things.”
When did you know you were falling in love?
“We knew we were in love when we realized that a long distance relationship was worth it!”
What was the most memorable moment?
“In all of the hustle and bustle leading up to a wedding, it’s easy to get lost in the stress of the planning. The most memorable moment from our wedding day was during our first look. In that moment, it was just the two of us ready to begin our lives as husband and wife. All of the stress faded, and we were able to spend some time together taking it all in before the ceremony.”
Did you have a specific theme or design inspiration for your big day?
“When planning our wedding, I wanted it to be timeless and classic. I wanted a wedding that would never go out of style. We used black and white for everything, and we added gold accents and greenery in the florals for a boost of color. For some depth, we used bold black and white stripes on the tables and around the flowers.”
What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it?
“Michael Buble’s version of ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love.’ As we got closer to the wedding day, there wasn’t a song that we just had to have for our first dance. We wanted a song that was not trendy and modern, and chose a song that stood the test of time. We felt that it reflected the love between us.”
Tell us about your grand exit!
“For our exit, we chose to have our guests wave American flags instead of sparklers. We wanted to honor our servicemen and women as well as represent our friends who were deployed at the time.”
Congratulations Margo and Christian!
