Living in Tennessee, I have seen my fair share of rustic themed weddings, and I’m sure you have too. They definitely have that Southern charm, and a down-home quality that is perfect for celebrating your love with all of your closest friends and family!
There are 4 easy ways you can add a little rustic charm to your day, and this wedding by Daniele Elyse Photography has them all!
Having a rustic wedding doesn’t mean it can’t be chic! One great way to pair the two is in your attire. This bride combined lovely lace with a big tulle skirt and an off-white color tone which is beyond perfect! Her sparkly heels with a cute little bow are excellent accents to top it off.
For the guys, keep it comfortable. Most rustic weddings are outdoors, and the last thing you want is for your honey to be melting when he’s trying to say his “I Do’s.” Nice slacks, an open vest, or even suspenders are great!
What rustic wedding would be complete without a pair of boots somewhere! This wedding party definitely got the memo!
I bet when you heard the word rustic, burlap immediately popped into your head! What’s a rustic wedding without it, right? Burlap is easy to incorporate anywhere! Include it in your decor, on your table seating, or even have boutonnieres made of it. It’s so versatile, and so true to your theme!
Last but not least are your flower choices. Rustic weddings have a sweet simplicity about them, and the same should be said for your flower arrangements! Think daisies, sunflowers, baby’s breath, and delicate pink roses. Wild flowers are a great alternative, too!
