Kendall & Joe’s wedding is by far one of our favorites, and if it looks familiar, you might recognize it from our Winter 2019 issue of Tennessee Weddings! Or from a real weddings blog where Kendall gave us BTS insight into their wedding day –– see here! Even though they wed a little over a year ago, we’re still not over. And with a color palette and decor like this, we’re probably never going to be! Not mad about it! From the dusty blue velvet to the pops of burgundy, it’s absolutely heavenly! Go ahead and hit that Pinterest save button in the upper left corner, we know you’re going to want to!

Velvet! Velvet! Velvet!
We love a good velvet moment whether it’s in decor or attire and especially for fall! The material feels very luxe, while still giving us cozy feels! Kendall & Joe incorporated velvet in the center of their tablescapes, and it definitely gave the table some beautiful texture! Kendall had this to say of the design choices, “Velvet, velvet, velvet! This wasn’t the theme, per se, but we did use velvet accents wherever possible. We wanted something that would compliment the rich colors of fall while still feeling light and whimsical.” And they hit the mark perfectly!
Dusty Blue & Burgundy
Now, burgundy is a go-to color for fall weddings and we’re totally in agreement why. It’s moody, romantic, and oh so complementary for the fall foliage. But the pairing of dusty blue with burgundy? We’re in love! They mix so well together, while holding their own. Pale pink was also incorporated for a lovely touch! And it seems the settings at WindRiver were in complete tune with it as well!
