If you’re a pet person (and since you’re reading this, I’m going to guess you are), I’m going to go ahead and also guess you’re 100% obsessed with them. Right?! Trust me, I TOTALLY get it. I am beyond proud of the title “dog mom” and completely spoil my two pooches. So if you’re anything like me, you’re trying to find a way to include your fur children into your special day. Well you’re in luck. Check out our 4 easy ways below!

Sweetest Signs & Stationery

One of the easiest ways to include your pet is to have them displayed on signs! We absolutely love the watercolor sign trend right now, and that furry face would be adorable in it! Whether it’s for your signature cocktail or your guestbook, it’s sure to get an “Awww!” reaction from all of your guests. Another trend we’re also seeing is having them included in your invitation suite as well!

Purrfect Guest Favors

See what we did there? Favors are always a hit with guests and to add something for their furry pals too? Sold! I also think the idea of human “doggy bags” of things like cookies or desserts to go is such fun! You can even say that it’s from your pet!

Cute Cake Toppers

So sweet both in idea and literally! Having your furry pal as a little cake topper is such an adorable nod to not only your pet, but your personality too!

Have Them There!

This may not work in all cases, so be sure to check with your venue before your bring your pet on the day of! However, when the stars align and your pup can be apart of your big day, it makes for a sweet surprise! And adorable photos! Just make sure you have a person, whether it’s a family member or your planning staff, to be in charge of them on the day of! You’ll be so busy taking photos, having your hair and makeup done, and you know, getting married, to worry about making sure Baxter has gone potty, is fed, and is safely awaiting for his entrance!
