With more brides and guests than ever before, the Winter 2016 Knoxville Pink Bridal Show® by The Pink Bride® smashed records in glamorous style!
Brides, grooms, and their guests flocked to the Knoxville Convention Center on January 10, 2016, from 11am to 4pm to get in on the year’s hottest wedding-planning event in the area. This season broke more records than one, also boasting more exhibiting wedding professionals, inspiration, and limited-time offers than ever before. In all, this was the most successful Knoxville Pink Bridal Show to date! As always, I was there with my camera to capture a few highlights from the day. The details are simply unbelievable! Check out a few of my favorites below.
Not surprisingly, the Knoxville Pink Bridal Show is the leading bridal show in the area.
With vendors and options available in practically every category, you seriously could plan your dream wedding in one day at a Pink Bridal Show! This season brought with it even more amazing wedding inspiration than ever before for brides and guests to peruse. As if that wasn’t enough, attending a Pink Bridal Show gives brides and grooms the opportunity to connect with locally-sourced goods and services for their big day (which ultimately helps the local economy!), so the benefits are endless. You can go big while shopping small for your Knoxville wedding at the Pink Bridal Show!
This season’s Knoxville wedding professionals offered even more show-only specials for brides and grooms who attended the show.
Brides and grooms can use Pink Bridal Bucks to get services and goods at amazing prices during the show. That doesn’t even cover the wealth of giveaways that happen, either!
The Knoxville Pink Bridal Show takes months of prep beforehand and hours the weekend-of to make happen.
Way before crowds arrive, Knoxville’s finest wedding pros work hard to set up their booths and impress guests!
The Pink Bride would like to extend special thanks to Luma Designs, Sound Force Entertainment, and White Table for providing all the details around the stage!
Luma Designs once again wowed guests with a brilliant iridescent pink backdrop featuring a glam shimmer effect. Sound Force Entertainment provided expert sound and technical support yet again throughout the show. White Table provided the gorgeous chair linens seen around the stage. Be sure to reach out to them to learn how they can make your big day fabulous!
By 10am, the registration area filled up with brides planning East Tennessee weddings.
The excitement was palpable! I loved catching up with the guests who joined The Pink Bride this season.
This season, The Pink Bride released its new mobile app, BrideScan, for brides and grooms to use throughout the show.
BrideScan makes your bridal show experience easy by connecting you with only the wedding pros you want to reach out to after the big day! Karen chatted with the crowds beforehand about the app to get them excited.
Very Important Brides and Very Important Guests gathered for exclusive early entrance to the show at 10:30am.
In case you haven’t heard, VIBs and VIGs get extra-special treatment at Pink Bridal Shows as The Pink Bride’s preferred guests! The VIB package includes over $850 worth of merchandise for a fraction of the cost, while both VIBs and VIGs enjoy special reserved fashion show seating around the stage and more!
Doors opened right at 11am, and hundreds of guests began walking the aisles to meet with Knoxville’s finest wedding professionals.
The Pink Room once again offered fun merchandise available exclusively from The Pink Bride.
Snacks, drinks, and a full bar were available for guests throughout the show.
Guests enjoyed the relaxing bistro seating around the concession area.
Before the first fashion show, Fred Jacob brought brides and mothers up on stage for a very special dance-off!
The first fashion show began at 1pm and featured lovely styles from David’s Bridal and Men’s Wearhouse.
The models showcased stunning hair and makeup by Bangs and Blush in a variety of irresistible styles. They also sported lovely bouquets from Melissa Timm Designs! BJ Goliday once again entertained the crowd this season with his dance routine.
Brides and their groups then continued mingling with wedding pros after the first fashion show.
Before the second fashion show, Fred took to the stage.
He showed a few videos that left the crowd teary-eyed (in a great way!) and then prepped the attendees for what was to come in the next fashion show!
The second fashion show began at 3pm with amazing styles by The Gilded Gown, Regal Tuxedo, and Prestige Tuxedo featuring looks hot on the runways for both brides and grooms.
Immediately following the second fashion show, Fred and Allison announced the winners of the drawings and cash prize giveaways.
This season giveaway included the largest cash-prize giveaway by Fred yet…$600! Congrats to all who won!
The Winter 2016 Knoxville Pink Bridal Show was The Pink Bride’s best show yet.
Be sure to mark your calendars for the next show, scheduled for August 14, 2016, at the Knoxville Convention Center!
