Fellow Disney lovers, you are in for a real treat! Sydney & Brent’s fairy tale day at The Bristol Train Station is nothing short of magical including the bride’s gorgeous Cinderalla-esque dress and red roses fit for Belle! Brace yourselves to fall in love below!
How did you meet?
Sydney: “We grew up in the same small town and went to school together.”
When did you know you were falling in love?
“We both knew we were in love with each other on the very first date.”
What is your favorite quality in your husband?
“We both agreed that each other’s humor is one of our favorite qualities, we are constantly laughing and having a great time with each other!”
Did you have a specific theme or design inspiration for your big day?
“Our theme was a fairy tale theme because we got engaged at Cinderella’s Wishing Well beside the Castle at Disney World.”
How about your dress or attire?
“I wanted to be Cinderella for the night, so my dress had to fit the part!”
What traditions did you incorporate?
“I like to be different from everyone, so my bridesmaids carried Bibles with a single red rose instead of a bouquet of flowers. Each bridesmaid also read a scripture as Brent and I tied our unity rope. We thought it was another great way to incorporate God into our ceremony. We did keep the tradition of not seeing each other before the ceremony, which was very special.”
What was the most memorable moment?
“The most memorable moment was our introduction as Mr. and Mrs. and grand entrance at the reception. We entered with a dramatic twirl, it was very magical!”
What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it?
“Our first dance song was ‘All of the Above’ by Anthony W. Carter. We thought it was the perfect song because the words are exactly how we feel about each other.”
Tell us about your grand exit!
“To make our grand exit, we ran down the steps through sparklers that our guests were holding. We drove away in my dad’s hyper blue Chevrolet Camaro & Brent did a major burnout!”
Here’s to your happily ever after Sydney & Brent!
