We are beyond thrilled to share this navy & white starry night wedding of Melissa and Steven! These two executed this theme perfectly, and it was a definite fit for a December wedding date! What we love even more than this wintery theme? The genuine joy and reactions Waldorf Photographic Art caught on camera! See them all below with insight from the bride herself!

How did you meet?
“We met in our physics class at the University of Tennessee.”
What is your favorite quality in your husband?
“I love how consistent and steadfast Steven is. Whenever I am feeling overwhelmed, he has a way of calming me down while reminding me of what is important in life.”

Did you do a first look?
“We opted not to do a first look even though it meant fighting the early December sunset. Instead, we did a blind note exchange and the first time we saw each other was when I walked down the aisle.”

Did you have a specific theme or design inspiration for your big day?
“The theme of our wedding was ‘Under the Tennessee Stars.’”

What was the most memorable moment?
“For the last song of our reception, everyone formed a circle and swayed to ‘Piano Man’ by Billy Joel. It was so wonderful to have everyone we love under one roof circled around us as we began our life together.”
Tell us about your grand exit!
“We had a sparkler send off to reflect our starry sky theme!”

Congratulations once again, Melissa & Steven, from all of us at The Pink Bride!
