“The ceremony is my favorite,” she explains. “You spend a lot of time putting everything together so it will go smooth. The day of is busy for our entire staff. Watching the bride get ready to walk down the aisle with a big smile on her face is a joy! Many of them say, ‘Thank you for making my dream come true.’ It doesn’t get better than that.”

“I am so fortunate to have a wonderful staff,” she details. “I couldn’t do it without them.”
When asked to detail a few unique points about herself or The Reserve at Bluebird Hill, Jan describes all the things she loves best about her work.
“We all laugh a lot at work,” she begins. “We love working with all of the vendors. I love being able to give back to small businesses in Knoxville in working with all of the great vendors. I, of course, love animals with our collection of horses, miniature horses and donkeys, five dogs, and our pest control at the barn (cats)!”
