Shed Fitness

SHED is a group and individual training facility in Nashville . Shed’s group classes will be roughly a 50 Minute workout for all fitness levels. The classes will be a form of High Intensity Circuit Training. Each class will focused on gaining strength with resistance training and improve your cardiovascular health through anaerobic and aerobic exercises.

SHED Strength – We offer one-on-one sessions with a SHED trainer. SHED trainers will push you safely through a 30-minute, high-intensity resistance workout designed to get you stronger in less time than you would expect.

I think to reach to improve your overall fitness level you have to try different things. We want to provide a place where the workouts are fun, challenging, and forever changing.

We offer a great wedding package for those that want to “hit it hard” before the big day.
